Refund policy

We have a 30 days return policies, meaning that you have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to ask for a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for an return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange/return, you can contact us at info@flintandsteel.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping fees are covered by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All personalized items and belts are not exchangeable. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand to the quality of our products, that is why all of our products are backed with our lifetime warranty.

What is covered: Stitching or Thread failure. Any construction error or failure.

What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, scratches, natural change of look in the leather(Patina), cuts.

Leather being a natural and organic material, it will patina and it's look will change and evolve over time. That is actually desirable and that is what's make leather stands out from the other materials.
