Is it really Handmade?
When we say Handmade, we mean Handmade. We only use basic hand tools and traditional techniques to create our products. Videos on how it is done on the home page.
Where does my product comes from?
All of our product are 100% handmade in our workshop in Québec, Canada. We start from the leather hide and do all the design, cutting, glueing, stitching and edge polishing here in Canada.
What type of Leather we use?
We only use the highest quality Italian and American leathers to create our product. Buttero leather comes from the Italian Tannery Conceria Walpier, Pueblo leather comes from the Italian Tannery Badalassi Carlo. Finally, we also use American leather from the tanneries Horween and Wickett & Craig
What thread do we use?
We only use Ritza Tiger Thread made in Germany. It is the best thread on the market.
Is my article made to order?
Yes
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since it is made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of the product. Then approximatively 1 week for shipping transit.
Lifetime Warranty
What is covered?
Any fault in the making of the product.
What is not Covered?
Abuse, normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches.
